Rooms are not well ventilated and staff is not too friendly. But its location is good with a small shopping mall nearby.

Good hotel, close to the airport - within a walking distance. Comfortable room and beds and amazing breakfast, with some very traditional Norwegian dishes. They could accommodate very well for gluten allergies (celiac disease). It also has a pool and sauna, which we didn't arrive to use because of our too short stay, but we'll try it next time!

Top of the line hotel next to the airport! No noice from airport!! Lot's of parking space. Nice and professional staff. Great breakfast.

Paid for upgrade for "sea view" room. yes, you can see the fjord in the distance over the (noisy) train tracks immediately outside hotel and over the main north-south motorway. Room had no A/C and was informed it wasnt needed as 'Norway only has summer for a week'.

We held our wedding reception here. At all times during preparations and planning, the staff were amazing, listened to and accepted all requests for food, decorations and went above and beyond at every stage. The food was brilliant with a huge selection, the rooms were great. Our main contact person was seemingly always available and present during the whole weekend, for preparations and decisions during the party itself. They even bartended for a while during the party (excellent mojitos)! We are very grateful to the staff at scandic for making our wedding the best day of our lives.

The hotel is conveniently located close to Trondheim Airport. It is also conveniently located for those travelling on E6 between north and south Norway. we stayed in a family room which had two beds and two pull-out bunkbeds. All the beds were comfortable and the room was very clean. We had a view of the inner atrium which was nice and quiet considering how close the hotel is to the airport. The bathroom had a walk-in shower. There were sufficient towels and a good choice of toiletries as is normal in Scandic Hotels. Wi-Fi speeds were good and stable. there were sufficient plugs to charge electrical devices, however it would be nice to see USB plugs fitted in the rooms. Only done. We ate evening dinner at the hotel. The buffet had a good choice of hot and cold meals together with desserts, coffee tea and hot chocolate were also available. we also ate breakfast in the same restaurants. The breakfast buffet was more than sufficient again with a good choice of hot and cold meals together with cereals. There is ample free parking outside the hotel.
